I enjoy their breakfast. Sourdough pancakes with their syrup is heaven. Coffee is delicious! Just have to get it to-go. Dining area gets overwhelmed with growing families and noise.
I used to love their sugar cookies but the ones I bought today left much to be desired. The cookie part while thick and soft was flavorless!! The frosting had the consistency of toothpaste. It was sweet but also really had no flavor! I gave three stars as the cashier was friendly and the service speedy.
I've loved Kneaders since it's opened, but I get the distinct feeling they're starting to skimp. They didn't have any croissants for the ham and swiss I wanted (which is fine, it was evening), so I ordered the French dip instead. Au jus was very hot and flavorful, but there was one thin layer or dry roast beef between two inches of baguette. What, did they run out of roast beef? I don't care how good the bread is, that a terrible ratio. Also, the whipped cream topping on my coconut cream pie had a distinct Cool Whip flavor and texture to it. Yuck. I scraped it off and had the rest, which was okay.
Fast becoming a favorite. They even have a drive-thru that is fast. Great people and very nice food.
Wanted a loaf of foccacci bread only had squares cuts for sandwiches. It was good but nothing special.
