She has a horrible attitude and she needs some serious training.
I love oldnavy and I shop at a few different locations. There is a serious problem at this particular store. There is an older woman with black and red hair. She is unbelievably rude. I can think of about 5 different occasions when this woman was working and she was so unkind.
I hear her interactions with others and she seems annoyed and put out by the mere prescence of customers. I will say I work customer service and I know there are customers who are hard to help but that is no excuse. Today when I was checking out she was already bothered by me the second I stepped up to the counter!
I like the merchandise. They have a good selection at somewhat reasonable prices. However, navigating through the store, especially with a cart, is frustrating. There are always carts for restocking blocking the way. When you can find an employee they seem irritated when you need help. I will probably switch to shopping online and avoid the hassle.
I am not sure if she is a manager but if so her toxic attitude probably influences the whole staff. It appears that she has been there for a while so I hope someone can address this problem!
Old Navy has always been a favorite clothing store and this location is no exception. The discounts and offers they give are top notch.
This location is horrible. I’ve tried numerous times to support it since it’s the closest to me but I will never go back! Not only does this locations staff struggle, there is one woman that has worked there forever that is extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. Evertytime Ive gone in she treats myself and other costomers like we are annoying her and don’t deserve even semi good costomer service. I’m not even sure this location deserve 1 star...
