If Maricela at the Customer Service desk wasn't so busy flirting with the manager Patrick, and paid more attention to the customer (which I was the only customer at the service desk) it would probably help her to not have to have me repeat 4 times how much I want My money order for, just to have her enter it wrong and me stand there for her to get the transaction aborted while she still sits there and blatantly is flirting and squealing at Patrick (who is obviously a manager of some sort according to the tag)
Worst customer service experience I've had to date. When I called to ask electronics if an item was in stock I was bounced around between apartments since electronics wouldn't answer. When they finally did pick up, the man said "electronics, hold" and proceeded to keep me on hold for 20 minutes!! In those 20 minutes I drove to the store only to find him sitting on his butt doing NOTHING! My item wasn't in stock, and as I left I called the Walmart on 45th and 9th whose electronic department answered my question in one minute!!!!! Definitely go to that Walmart and NOT this one.
I remember why I stray away from walmarts
And if she could pay more attention to the customer she wouldn't be messing up her job.
Of all the Walmart's I've been in, this store is by far the worst one. It is dirty and unorganized. The ladies at the customer service desk are rude, and ignorant of store policy. And the selection is not the greatest. If you are in need of a walmart youre better off to drive a little further to 9000th south walmart. It's clean, the staff is friendly and more knowledgeable, and the selection is much better.
The one star is only because for once in my existance I didn't have a line to stand in.
It's disgusting. The public doesn't want to see it, its unprofessional. Maybe you should remind both employees the correct policies for behavior and manager/employee relationships.
I was waiting in self checkout. This black guy who works there thought because he was going on break he didn't have to wait in line like everyone else. As soon as someone said something to him about not waiting in line he started in on the everyone is racist and that's why they said something. Give me a break. It's because you have to wait in line just like everyone else. It's because you're stupid you use the race card to get what you want. When is everyone going to pull their heads out of their asses and quit letting these people use that card to get their way. YOU WANT TO BE TREATED EQUAL AND THE SAME ACT EQUAL AND THE SAME.
Its fine if you dont need any help. Don't expect friendly staff or people to go out of their way for you. And the only registers ever open are self check out. I don't even know why they have people.
