I was upset about the couch, but I was most upset that he told me that my wife’s word didn’t matter and that I needed to go home and see if she was telling the truth. I guess you could call this sexist but at the bare minimum, it was extremely unprofessional.
Great prices! The staff was very helpful and informative. We applied for their snap finacing and got approved. It was easy, fast and painless. I would recommend going here if you’re looking for low prices and great options for your budget.
Terrible customer service. I would have been satisfied had they made an actual effort to fix their multiple mistakes, but they did not.
Ordered a bed frame here, came with one of the wrong parts(different side boards) , they ordered the new parts and would not deliver it for their mistake, so I go and pick it up, and they said they would give me an extra slats for free. Turns out they just gave me two boxes of slats, and still not the part I needed. They wouldn't believe me, so I sent them a picture, and they found the pieces still in their garage. I had to go back (again) for a third time. Because they wouldn't deliver even for their own mistake. And then it turned out the "extra" slats they gave me, were actually supposed to be included in the first place.
I called Darwin to tell him that was unacceptable and he asked me to go home and see if what my wife was saying was true and, if it were, he’d make it right.
We walked in and fell in love immediately with a sectional. We walked around looking at other couches just to make sure and he gave us explanations on why we were choosing a great piece. He also helped us feel out what would look best and be the most functional in our home. Did I mention it was for a great price?! Totally going back for more great deals!
Darwin (Sales Manager) helped us buy a couch we liked, but they delivered it with black grease on it from the delivery truck. The delivery people were rude to my wife, and she called Darwin to complain. Darwin didn’t believe her, and she called me at work crying.
They have a great selection and great prices! My husband and I shopped all over and were so relieved to find a store where we were not harassed from one corner to another. Darwin was patient and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. If you want stuffy and pushy this is not your place. The two weeks we waited for our bedroom set flew by and we love having it in our home.
Action Home Furniture sold us a good couch at an affordable price, but Darwin didn’t treat my wife with respect. And for that reason alone we will likely not be doing business with them again.
