The 980 E Ft Union location consistently suffers from negligent management.
This smiths is excellent. The price's and selection are great! The produce is always fresh and looking good. The staff are all friendly and some even know me by my name! The only complaint i have about this store is the man who works in the meat department is rude. But you cant win them all.
Great grocery store. Friendly people, plenty of choice, friendly staff. Leagues better than Walmart and by using Smith's weekly advertising, less expensive.
Dirty parking lot, employee cigarette butts on the sidewalks, constantly out of stock on frequently bought item, unfriendly associates. Not quite Disneyland. Recommend that you use other Smith's locations.
Its my favorite grocery store! They are always friendly and fair priced. There Pharmacy rocks. And you cant beat the bonus points!
I find Smith's to be one of the best grocery stores in my area except for one issue. Digital coupons. They are a bother and a hastle to deal with each trip. Could it offer coupons or digital? Give a choice. Or use a phone number that covers all the digital coupons for that week as Dan's Food's does. Much more convenient.
