They sent me into a room and i waited like 20 more minutes for someone to actually come in. Then the nurse came in and she just said we are doing 6 shots today not even apologizing for the wait or anything. Before letting me say anything she said undress her I’ll be back and slammed the door shut. I then waited another 30 minutes for her to come back with the shots it was now like 5:45 she came in left the shots and left them another nurse came in and said i have to take blood from her finger for iron and I said ok let’s do it and then opened the bandaid and she grabbed my 12 month olds hand and started freaking squishing it really hard show no sympathy for my daughter that was already freaked out at this point she then poked her finger didn’t even clean it and started squishing her finger really hard that it was hot cherry red and she started taking out blood and she kept pushing and pushing it. I then asked her if we could wait a little because my daughter was scream bloody murder at this time and she said no not unless you want me to poke her again. She stayed taking blood for about 15 minutes with my daughter screaming at the top of her lungs keep in mine that my daughter didn’t cry when she priked her with the needle she cried until she started pressing on her tiny finger. 15 Minutes later she finished and she then said ok let do the shots I asked her if I could get a few minutes to calm her down and she said no we have other patients to attend she then laided her on the bed and started giving her all six shot when she cleaned her leg she pushed really firmly that my daughter skin was already red. She gave her the shots and she would take it out and put it in again because my daughter would move she then put the bandaids on and left the room I then waited for the doctor to come in she came in and rushed through the rest of the appointment because she had another appointment she checked my daughter in like 5 minutes not letting me ask question or anything I then got up and left that damn clinic never Going there again please don’t take anyone there especially babies as they don’t
Know how to treat them. I work for a clinic and we would never I mean never show less importance to a patient because we have other patients. My point is to stay far away from this clinic as possible.
Worst clinic ever I took my daughter in there today for her 12 month well child check. My appointment was a 3:45 I got there at 3:30 and I “check in” at least I thought I did I then was told to sit down and I kept seeing people go inside that had later appointments then me so I went to go ask turns out that the guy at the front desk never checked me in he then started asking me my daughters personal questions infront of everyone (obviously violating HIPPA restrictions) to help the nurse out since he made her late I then had to sit until 4:45 to get called in to a room 1 hour after my scheduled appointment.
