As if that wasn't enough, he never followed up with me regarding the lab result. I called twice asking to speak to him. I was told that the results were in but that the doctor hadn't reviewed them, so they were not able to release them to me. They left a high priority message for him to call me back. After not hearing from him, I called the office back 2 days later, they sent him another urgent message asking to contact me. After not hearing from him, I contacted the office a third time, and was told that he called me in the morning, which is a complete lie as I have not received a call, a missed call, nor a voicemail, and my phone works just fine.

I'm in shock and disbelief that he is even allowed to practice his rudeness as a health care provider.

I really love this place seen a few different ones but my primary one is Tiffany Pulgiano. Can i say that is by all means the best. I will travel far distance to see her. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor medical personnel until i met her. Her medical assistant Alicia and Kyle are also the best. I swear i can’t say enough of this place. Love you guys

This place is a joke! Everyone should be fired, except the nice ladies at the front desk.. they are the only ones who actually care about you.

By far one of the WORST CLINICS EVER!!! Worst medical staff I've ever seen.. MA's, PA's, RN, and Doctors.. they DON'T care about you! Was told by one of the managers that its not worth the medical providers time to see you for more than 1-2 things, that they aren't paid for anything more than that. So yes folks... you ARE just a number here, and its all about what best suits your medical providers check book, not you... not your health concerns... heck they can't even get a percription right after the pharmacy sent it in SEVERAL TIMES and even WEEKS later... its still not fixed after my medical provider here said he would. Yup... takes less than 5 min.. yet weeks later.. nothing.. oh don't bother physically going in to see what the hold up is, cuz no one knows and they will send it over wrong for the second time.. yup weeks later still not fixed, and yes I told them. Oh.. incase your new you only get 1, or 2 issues (if your lucky) to talk to your provider about. Hope u live close & have good insurance, cuz your forced to spread out those visits as much as they can if you want to get in a proper full doctor visit.

Horrible staff experience, the Doctor wouldn't even look me in the eye unless it was that he could do nothing for me. What they did do is give me the same information I already knew of. All the while coming in and out trying to schedule for an appointment and at one point left me in an exam room for three hours. i was walking in and out making people notice me and asked where the doctors were cause the staff was just goofing off. By the time I left it had been a seven hour appointment. SEVEN HOURS. 7 HOURS................................................DR.Bradley Stoker. He treated me like a street rat the whole time and has no personal skills whatsoever.

AND THEY GAVE ME NO NEW INFO AND STILL WANT FULL PAYMENT KNOWING I AM SELF-PAY. I COULD HAVE MADE GOOD MONEY AT WORK WHILE THEY JUST NEGLECTING MY PRESENCE........

Bottom line, if you care for your health and a responsible and professional health care team do not go to this place.

I love this place. I have moved an hour away, and still would rather come here than find a closer clinic. The entire staff is amazing. Perfect bedside manners. They are great with me and my children.. just awesome

If I could help prevent just one person from establishing care with Richard Anderson from Internal medicine, this lengthy review would be worth it. If you care for a professional or responsible doctor do not go anywhere near him. During my appointment he was very argumentative and disrespectful. After simply stating that my previous doctor included certain lab tests in the yearly physical exam, he responded, "Well, then go back to that doctor."
