I just started a new Policy with them and Melissa Rush helped me with that. She was very helpful and I got a quote at least 50 dollars less expensive than my previous company. Way to go guys.

Had homeowners insurance through this agency. They cancelled my policy without me knowing, and when we attempted to get the issue resolved just tried to sell us a new policy over and over. Had to escalate the issue to corporate, which prompted the agent to call and be verbally insulting to my wife, calling her a liar. Will never do business with them again and will be sending people away from them. Horribly insulting and rude.
