They aren't upfront about their fees and they will tell you that it only cost $50 to see a doctor but then two weeks later you will get a bill in the mail for $150 because in the fine print it states that it is $200 for a visit but they will take $50 and allow you to see the doctor. Now granted I should of read the fine print but I feel if a customer asks how much something is you should be upfront with them. I also feel they where not organized and are outdated.

The intake registrar was very professional and kind, especially when I'm from out of state and a different insurance company. The nurse was very helpful, kind and professional. Doctor Jonathon Chao was very caring and compassionate. I totally loved my visit today.
I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was seen quickly and taken care of in an efficient manner. I cut my finger and was seen by the nurse practitioner Anthony Nelson. He made sure I was clear about my treatment options. I felt that I was provided with exceptional customer service overall. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.
I took my daughter there & we were both treated great, the man @ the front desk was very kind & friendly & even offered us both refreshments while waiting & got in very quickly. The PA was very caring & Sara the RN was so super sweet. I was very impressed! :)
