Justin Udy and team were FANTASTIC to work with. We found Brandon hosting an open house and were so pleased with the way he carried himself and his genuine concern for us even at just the open house that we asked him to represent us as we searched for a new home. He was SO GREAT and listened to our needs and wants, took notes, and did a fantastic job at setting up showings for us that met our criteria. When it came time to make an offer and work with the selling agent, his experienced served well for guiding us, but he always wanted to go with what we felt most comfortable with. He was super supportive of our decisions and always worked hard to make sure things were communicated clearly both to us and the seller's agent. He went ABOVE and BEYOND answering our questions and concerns when issues arose and did a great job following up with both sides. He was at each and every event throughout the whole process, the showing, inspection, final walk-through, multiple signings and always seemed happy to be there with us.
