My son has a lot of problems with his feet. We came here to get him a good pair of shoes. The guy that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. The shoes were really expensive, but my son doesn't complain about his feet hurting all the time anymore.
Every month they offer a free fitness class. The instructor was great and it had a wonderful vibe and atmosphere.
Very nice, clean store with everything New Balance you could want + other items you would want as a runner/walker. Helpful and knowledgeable staff that obviously specialize in New Balance. If that is what you are shopping for no reason to go anywhere else - though prices are a bit higher here than online or other general shoe stores.
I final got real service from a shoe store. The employee was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs. They do push you to buy the best they have but you expect that from a retail store. Very happy with my purchase.
I was referred to this store several years ago by a podiatrist for my son. He has extreme flat and wide feet. I can only purchase his shoes at this one store as I have discovered that New Balance fit/quality can be drastically different between chain department stores/discount internet sites and this specialty shop. . The staff always spends the time with him he needs for a comfortable fit. They keep track of what they have previously sold him so I can even go without him to replace his shoes. We have purchased several running shoes, dress shoes, work boots and even steel toe shoes for him at this store over the years. Always professional and knowledgeable staff. We recently purchased a special order for a 4E width steel toe shoe while in the store and the helpful staff member volunteered to deliver the shoe to our home in South Jordan when they arrived since it was on her way home. This level of customer service is so rare these days! I consider the shoes I have purchased at this store a medical device that allows my son to be active and without pain. I highly recommend this store!
