I'm super glad that when I googled "storage" theirs came up first and I consider myself totally lucky because of that!!!
I came in not really knowing what to expect from a storage company. I had a wonderful woman named Kristy who helped me in finding which storage would be best for me. She asked me questions and was very thorough to ensure I would get the right size. When we checked out the storage and the door was a little stubborn on going up, she fixed it right away. I LOVED her sense of humor. I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all during the whole proccess.
Update on the scenario, after posting the review, their office contacted me and offered me the discounted rate. So they did turn things around and do what they could to correct the situation.
Its weird to say but I look forward going to my storage. The staff there make it almost like a second home. I enjoy seeing them when they're doing their lock checks and patrols. It's not an awkward silence as they walk by and they're not keeping me from my task at hand either. (Because they have things they need to do as well).

The facility is nice and well kept, the staff is very friendly. I only give it 1 stars because of the billing policies. I rented a 10x10 online and got the online price, which was a good deal. The next day I went to move things into the space, and knew that the 10x10 would be too small. I went into the office to adjust my reserved unit to a 10x15. The price was $70 higher, when I asked why, they said I couldn't get the online price for that unit because I was a transfer, not a new reservation. They would not give me the online price for that unit despite the fact, that I never used the other unit for anything, and I switched my reservation in less than 24 hours. I reluctantly paid the difference, because I had a truck full of things sitting there, but that is really poor service with a complete lack of understanding.

The storage unit is clean and nice, but they didnt hold their end of the contract. We were told the storage unit locked at 9pm and we drove 45 minutes with a load of things to move and attempted to open the gate at 8:50pm and it was locked. We were told to just “drive back” in the morning, but we specifically had set aside that evening to load things into the unit. We paid $55 for a unit that we can’t even access and have to spend an additional $35 in gas to get back during “business hours” which are apparently whatever they feel like and not what was outlined in our contract
