I've gotten my hair down multiplie times at ULTA at different locations and at this location twice.
I went in and got my makeup done. it looked horrible!! it barely looked like i was wearing any make up. they didn't even put eyeliner or mascara on my eyes. the eye shadow was okay, but i was not happy.
Ive been too many ultas before and never have i ever felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Approuched by an older lady with short blond hair she greated me and then proceeded to follow me along of i beefed help. I told her i knew what i wanted and was just simply browsing before getting to what i wanted to purchase. She watched my every move and as i made my way to the register she stood there and watched me pay! I understand she is doing her job too prevent theft but as i was the only one being watched i felt like i was being targeted discriminated or radial profiling. I confronted the employees working at the front desk about it and then apologized but of course this isnt enough. I dont recommend anyone shopping here if this is how they make their costomers feel while they shop.
My experience at Ulta was horrible. I went there to get my hair and makeup done for prom, at first they lost my appimnent because it didn't transfer from the book to online. they were really nice to allow me to come in though.
I came to Ulta to have salon services done including lightening and coloring my hair. I was told that the color hair I was asking for, Wild Orchid by Pravana, could be achieved, possibly a slightly darker shade which was agreed upon. After lightening my hair it was an orange color. I was told that by adding a small amount of blue to the purple color that this would counteract the orange and I would still end up having the purple hair I had originally asked for. I even voiced to my stylist that I did not want to end up with any sort of blue colored hair. However, my hair turned out to be several sorts of patchy colors instead of one, solid color. Additionally, the salon left me with my hair looking unfinished, patchy, and with all sorts of different colors that were not even close to purple. The designer who worked on my hair was also unhappy with the results and told me to come back to the salon the next day so that they could fix this and ensured that I would still get the results I had originally asked for. I came back to the salon the next day and was told that I would be charged MORE to fix this mistake. I had already spent close to $200 for the services plus a tip to the hair designer, as she was great to work with and I had no complaints with her personally. The way this company/manager decided to handle this ordeal is extremely unsatisfactory. I have been a loyal customer of Ulta for many years and have been to salons many times and have never been so dissatisfied. I cannot believe the lack of consideration and being told that I need to pay more money to have a mistake fixed that was done by a professional who should usually be knowledgeable and trusted during the process. This service turned out to be a nightmare and now I am still needing to have this corrected. I will not return to Ulta for services after this experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. I could have ended up with better results doing this myself, at home. Would not recommend Ulta's salon to anyone in the future.
Second time coming to this location, was a horrible experience. My scalp got a chemical burn, the stylist was rude to my fiancé,
in the end i paid 100 dollars for something i was not happy of and they called and said i didn't pay for my makeup, when i did but they just lost the record of it. i will not be going there again for my hair and makeup.
Only positive out of this, was I was accommodated and the manager was outstanding with dealing with the situation. I was not mad but when I arrived at home I was upset because my haircut was not even, my hair color was not what I wanted, and I didn't get to have it styled. I was in tears from it. Do not recommend!!!!!
the lady who did my hair was very nice and my hair didn't look too bad...but i wish it was more to what i wanted.
My first experience at this location, was hands down AMAZING! Charlotte was beyond perfect! Everything was perfect and came out exactly how I imagined.
idk...everyone here seems really nice and helpful to me. Super friendly and quick at the registers. I liked it!
