We've been getting pizza from this location since 2009, and it has been our go-to quick dinner place. We liked the spicy sauce and the convenience of the express pizzas, especially the BBQ chicken.
Order was easy to place. Called in at 12:33 AM. Was told would be delivered "within the hour"; was received in under 30 minutes. Delivery man polite. Pizza was hot and fresh. What would be expected from a good late night deliveryservice. Website/online menu could use some updating.
I got pizza from here yesterday for the first time and I was so hungry and excited to eat, but my whole experience was ruined by the spicyness of the pizza. I could not eat the pizza as it was too spicy and had to give it away, which ruined my night. I was happy with every other part of my transaction but I would have liked to be informed that the sauce was spicy. My suggestion to Big Daddy's Pizza is to either:
1.) offer two options: spicy and not spicy, or
In all honesty, she's lost our business. We have two other pizza places closer to our house, and we can go there, instead of being treated as if we are inconveniencing her by making her do her job.
Tonight, we went to pick up a BBQ chicken pizza, and the extremely rude woman (who is apparently a MANAGER!) at the counter informed us that they NEVER have BBQ chicken pizzas ready-to-go. Never mind that they are listed on TWO large signs in plain sight. In fact, they had NO express pizzas at all. While we waited 15 minutes for them to make our pizza (which came complete with burned sauce...a "different" flavor, for sure!) she was consistently short and rude on the phone, rude to customers who came in, and she never did call us up for our pizza...the employee from the kitchen had to do that.
2.) inform your customers who might have low tolerance to spicy things.
Xl pizza was huge, warm & fresh when we picked it up. Adequate amount of toppings & was prepared on time. Definitely was not impressed by their customer service. The gentleman who took my order on the phone mumbled, never read back my order, and when I did, he hung up. I never got a price for the order until pick up. The woman at the counter looked like an ex con and spoke about as good as mumble guy. The other guy behind the counter was wearing a Nike t shirt for his uniform. Can we get more ghetto? They treated me like trash for asking for an explanation of the costs because I had a coupon. I think they need to call chick fil a for some training on how to help customers.
Website says they are open until 2 am, so i went to go order online and it says they closed at 10 pm. I would say that's false advertising. Maybe change the times your open on your website. Not ordering from here again.
