Not fantastic! Server seemed a bit overwhelmed. Order the Original Crispy Chicken, and they were not crispy. Also ordered soup and salad. The salad was also not particularly crispy and the soup was luck warm.
It was very busy that night, and I had to wait for a long long long time for my tableside guacamole. My husband got his Burger before I got my guacamole! I don't know what's up with that. But everything else was wonderful and Ark waitress was wonderful too.
Not really planning on returning soon.
My family and I visited this location and walked in with no one ready to greet or seat us. We waited for NO LESS than 5 or 6 min with ABSOLUTELY no greeting or acknowledgment of us even being there. When we decided that we deserved better service there was a group even that had formed behind us STILL wth no acknowledgment. My family went back out to the car to leave and as I waited to talk with the store manager another couple left as well. The store manager only apologized for the service not offering any kind of compensation or regard for losing our business. Hope at least this review will help inspire change one way or another.
Ordered online, food was done early. Service was ok but could have been more cordial. Food was not great. Haven't been overly happy since Chili's changed their menu
Food was fantastic. I haven't been to a Chili's in years and because the food was always over priced for how it tasted. But tonight it was fantastic. Had the chicken waffles Chipotle honey BBQ.
