**DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE** The vet is horrible! DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR PET! She was rude right from the start of walking into the room before meeting us and examining our cat. All she wanted to do was pass the buck to someone else and squeeze us for more money. When asked questions, she would giggle and had a stupid grin on her face which was completely inappropriate for the situation, and she never answered the questions! We were there on an emergency visit as our regular vet is closed on weekends. Any person that doesn't have psych issues can see that this person who reacted as she did, is in need of some serious psychological help. To get the veterinarian degree, she probably went to Mexico or the Caribbean, in my opinion. She doesn't know how to treat an animal, nor does she know how to appropriately communicate in a mature way! She certainly doesn't know veterinary medicine and care, in my opinion. The vet was confrontational with us, kept repeating a single worded response by over talking us to the point of raising her voice and not listening by shaking her head, looking down at the ground all while laughing and smirking. I would think if someone went into the profession she did, you would have a caring and concerning attitude and aptitude. She DOES NOT!! Avoid This place at all costs! Our problem with our little boy could have been solved so easliy; but the quack was too bothered, personally offended and immature to solve the problem while under estimating the concerned pet parents standing before her, that have more medical knowledge and more veterinarian knowledge than she does or will ever have. It's pathetic that someone like this is in the practicing field, in my opinion. She is detrimental to animal welfare, in my opinion. I am again going to warn any one who reads my review...*DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR PRECIOUS PET!* Avoid This business if you love your furry family member! This is my opinion and stating the facts of what happened on our visit. I have the right to publicly state my opinion. **update!** We took our cat to our regular vet and expressed everything that happened at BluePearl. Our vet was shocked and horrified hearing our experience. Our little boy is getting better with an easy diagnosis and even easier treatment.
If you have ever needed an Emergency Vet.. you expect to pay a lot to get in the door.. Imagine our surprise when the exam is only $88.00. Of course any X-rays etc will be more. Best ER VET experience EVER!. Clean, knowledge, kind, I 100% recommend this facility. Thank you for caring for our sweet Havenese baby.
We had to have our cat euthanized and we took her to the Blue Pearl. Every person we had contact with there including the girl at the front desk, the vet tech and the vet, was kind, understanding and compassionate. Everyone was very professional and yet very sympathetic to our love for our pet. They treated our sweet cat like she was their own. We had our cat for 14 years and they took the time needed to helped us let her go. I would recommend them very highly! They made a terrible situation bearable. Thank you all!!
Dr Whitney White and amazing support staff saved our precious dog's life last week! she was struggling to breath with kennel cough and heart failure and they immediately took her back to give her oxygen. They frequently checked on me with updates, thoroughly explained the x-rays and treatment. Dr. White was so compassionate and thorough. we didn't think our dog was going to make it through the night, but she rallied and was back to her normal self within 3 days! I would highly recommend Blue Pearl to anyone! thank you!!
I'm sad to see all the negative reviews... higher costs come with 24/7 care. Anyway, I was extremely happy with the service I was provided. The staff was educational, helpful, empathetic and overall a joy to work with. This was the second vet I went to for my 9 week old puppy with parvo. They provided multiple options and it wasn't much more expensive than the regular vet, they worked with my budget the best they possibly could. I left feeling confident with the treatment plan and prepared for what was to come.
