Updating because I just rented from this location again. I have used a different location for my last 4 rentals and will not stray from this location again. They are simply customer oriented and very good at what they do!
Great service! They picked is up and brought us back home when we returned the car. The driver gave us great information on local sites to see and even made a 2nd trip to our house because I left my phone in the car!
Fantastic Experience . Needed to catch a flight , dropped off keys at counter , staff took care of the check out & emailed my receipt in 30 minutes or less . I felt like OJ Simpson on October 01 , 2017.
Called in today to asked questions, and the gentleman on the other end seemed irritated with me. When I called back to cancel my reservation, he almost seemed pleased, as if to say, "Great, now I don't have to deal with him!" Not a very good sign of good customer service. I will not be doing business with Enterprise rent a car in the Mildvale Location.
They accept insurance while cars are being repaired. Nice cars available and they come pick you up and drop you off. Sometimes kind of busy
