Just wanted to say that progressive is the best car insurance I’ve ever had. They gave me awesome coverage for like.. WAY less than State Farm and have definitely treated me better. Also, love that the app notifies you 3 days in advance before they take a payment out. That’s dope, so thank you Progressive!
Following the accident itself it took nearly a month just to get it evaluated, and during that evaluation employees lost an obscene amount of parts to my car that they later refused to reimburse me for. Following that it's been clear that once they had done the bare minimum required of them they were done working with me. I'm currently trying to get a hold of one of their employees, Matt Ehrheart to solve leftover problems that could have been prevented with a modicum of foresight and genuine care for customers. I haven't received an answer for over a week, and I'm afraid I never will.
My husband was in an accident a few weeks ago. It was so stressful to think about everything we had to do (getting a rental, a new car, dealing with all the repercussions etc.) but Progressive was amazing. We worked specifically with Maddie at the Midvale office and she was such a blessing throughout this whole process. We got paid for our vehicle within six days from the accident and were able to replace our old car quickly. She was also reassuring and so kind every step of the way.
Progressive has made the last 2 months of my life a living hell. After being rear-ended by their client I have been stalled, ignored, and flat-out lied to by their employees. The fact they can claim they put customer service first is appalling to me.

I was rear ended by a Progressive insured driver and had my repairs "done" here. I ended up paying for repairs myself afterwards. "Conveniently" , Progressive doesn't have pictures of the other vehicle (the one that hit my car), and they didn't take pictures of the underside of my car (where I complained about the issues). They will help you only if they are legally obligated, but not by good morale. Take lots of pictures yourself. Make sure everything is written down and recorded. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but turns out, they really are a scheme filled insurance company.
So this is about the nicest insurance place in town. Full with a Keurig coffee machine and snacks. I wasn't sure if I was in a hotel lobby or an insurance office. The staff are very friendly and the insurance agent I spoke with was extremely helpful. There's nice covered parking to park real quick to get in and out of.
